Upon order confirmation on the checkout page, the purchase process is complete, and your order is placed in the "Processing" status. You will have paid the full amount due, including shipping, and delivery fees, whether by Visa, Mastercard, Instapay, Wallet, or cash on delivery, depending on your choice during the purchase process.

If a customer orders a product and does not receive it due to an error or defect, the store will be responsible if a defect or error is indeed found after review by specialists. In this case, the store will cover the shipping costs and send replacement products to the customer. If no error is found in the products, the store reserves the right to take all necessary measures to protect its rights. Payment Methods:

Shipping and Delivery Policies:

Chic Look Store provides shipping services within the Arab Republic of Egypt via courier companies. Delivery takes a maximum of 1-5 business days, taking into account potential delays due to high order volumes. Chic Look Store strives to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible with excellent packaging and quality.

Delivery fees within Egypt are 50 Egyptian pounds, and shipping is free for all orders exceeding 1500 Egyptian pounds.

If there is an error in the contact information or the customer's address is unclear because it is outside urban areas or on paved roads, the shipping company may contact the customer to arrange pickup from the nearest distribution office or warehouse.

All Chic Look Store customers can cancel their orders through Whatsapp by clicking the "Cancel Order" or by sending cancellation request to our whatsapp channel before shipping the order. The Chic Look Store team will review and approve your request, and you will receive an approval notification. The order status will then change to "Cancelled." This refers to orders that have not yet Shipped.
